General Information

Departures
Starting from 6:30 p.m. of the night before your flight, we will inform you about the exact time of arrival of our minibus.

Arrivals
You will find our driver at the airport in the arrival section who will be holding a colored sign bearing the writing “AIR-SERVICE.”

Flight delay
The service is guaranteed every day until 11:30 p.m. In case the flight is delayed, upon timely communication by the client, the service will be provided until 1:30 a.m. with a surcharge.

PaymentS
At the time of payment, our driver will give you a receipt. We accept payments with POS card readers and credit cards (ATM card and Visa).

Cancelling your reservation
The service can be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance on the pick-up time we’ve notified (start of service) or on the time of departure of your flight.
Cancellation of the service with less than 12 hours of advance implies payment of the service fee in full.

Route changes
The service route may be changed if necessary due to particular traffic conditions, weather, road accidents, or any other pertinent circumstance, such as for example: mental/physical problems or of other physiological nature of the passengers or drivers, airport inconveniences.
We inform you further that due to the needs of the persons transported, the routes may be changed, though not to an extent that would compromise your arrival time at the airport. The above changes can be made without fore-notice and will not affect the agreed price of the service.
