Collective Shuttle Bus General Conditions

Booking and Departure

1. Reservations can be made via email and through the online portal accessible from the website www.airservicepadova.it.

Reservations for transportation to / from the airport are valid only for the specified time and date. AirService Padova is not responsible for expenses or costs incurred as a result of customer errors.

Reservations from / to Padua area can be made within 48 hours prior to the service time.

Airport reservations are guaranteed by Airservice Padova for the arrival time at the airport indicated by the CUSTOMER when booking. If the customer chooses a time not recommended by the airline, he does so with his own responsibility, therefore no requests for reimbursement of the ticket or any costs for missed travel by plane are eligible.

The PICK-UP TIME (arrival of the minibus at the departure address) will be communicated by our office the evening before the date of the service (approximately from 18:00 to 19:00) by sms, phone call or email to the PASSENGER.

The vehicle should arrive within the 5 minute window selected at the time of booking. The PASSENGER must be ready outside the pick-up location at the communicated pick-up time, otherwise, our ability to transfer within the established terms could be compromised, with the possible consequent loss of the service.

2. The Shuttle Bus driver waits for you in the arrivals lounge with a sign that reads AIRSERVICEPADOVA

3. The first Shuttle Bus arrives at the airport at 5.00am

Flight delay

Supplements and flight delays

There are no supplements for delayed flights for the Venice and Treviso airports between 05:00 and 22:00.

For booking flights (arriving or departing) from 10.00pm to 11.00pm, the nightly surcharge of 15% is included in the price.

For all late flights, from 10.00pm to 11.00pm, a 15% nightly surcharge will be applied, to be paid directly to the driver or with deferred payment, by prior arrangement with the office.

In case of flight delay the service will be guaranteed until 24:00.

Payment
5.The service must be prepaid through the website’s ecommerce system, by credit card or Paypal.

Alternatively, the payment can be deferred with monthly billing of the services performed, for companies that usually perform multiple services on a continuous basis, subject to agreement with the office for the modalities.

Booking Cancellation
6. The cancellation of the service booking by the CUSTOMER occurred at least 24 hours before the flight time, provides for the issue of a voucher that can be used within one year from the date of cancellation of the service.

Journey Variation
7. The service may be subject to journey variations due to traffic issues, climate conditions, road accidents, or any reason other than the ones given as examples, such as psychophysical problems of the passengers or the drivers, physiological emergencies, airport mistakes. Please also note that in order to meet needs of our passengers, the journey may be subject to variations that however shall not compromise the arrival time at the airport. Such above-mentioned variations may be made without notice and shall not change the agreed price of the journey.

Luggage
8. Each passenger can transport up to 2 standard suitcases, each luggage in excess, must be declared upon booking, in order to avoid the vehicle not being suitable for such transport. It is at the drivers’ own discretion to load onto the vehicle non declared cumbersome objects, and suitcases in excess that do not display safe transport conditions (broken suitcases, dirty, wet, etc) Personal belongings are under the passengers responsibility.

Hiring with driver General Conditions

Booking and Departure
1. Booking must be received at least 12 hours prior to pick up time or flight arrival time.

Rates
2. Rates include possible motorway toll fees and fuel. Parking fees and possible (Z.T.L) Restricted Traffic Area expenses are excluded, thus borne by the customer.

Additional Charges
3. If not indicated in the estimate please note that the cost for the service does not include additional night charges applied between midnight and 5.00am
4. For services from the airport 30 minutes of stop for leaving the terminal are included in the price. For stops and waiting after the first 30 minutes an additional charge of € 25 per hour calculated per 30 minute slots.

Payment
5. Payments can be made in cash, by bank transfer, Bancomat, credit card (Visa and Master card) and Paypal

Refunds
6. In the case of cancellation provided within appropriate notice time as outlined in point 7 of these conditions, the paid services shall be refunded within 30 days.

Booking Cancellation
7. Cancellation of the booked service, without penalty, is accepted until 12 hours prior to the pick up time communicated or flight arrival time communicated. For cancellations made between 12 and 6 hours prior to the pick up time communicated or flight arrival time communicated, a penalty of 50% of the overall total cost of the service shall be applied. For cancellations made within 6 hours prior to the pick up time communicated or flight arrival time communicated, the entire amount for the service shall be debited. The failure to present oneself and/or refusal of the service without notice shall see the entire amount for the service debited.

Premium Service and Group Bus General Conditions

Booking and Departure
1. Booking must be received at least 12 hours prior to pick up time or flight arrival time.

Rates
2. Rates include possible motorway toll fees and fuel. Parking fees and possible (Z.T.L) Restricted Traffic Area expenses are excluded, thus borne by the customer.

Additional Charges
3. If not indicated in the estimate please note that the cost for the service does not include additional night charges applied between midnight and 5.00am

Supplements and flight delays

There are no nightly supplements for the Venice and Treviso airports from 05:00 to 22:00.

Once the plane has landed, the customer has 30 minutes to reach the driver without any extra charge for waiting. Otherwise if the wait lasts for more than 30 minutes, 25 € / h will be applied with 30-minute increments, to be paid directly to the driver or with deferred payment.

For reservations for flights arriving or departing, from 22:00 to 23:55, the nightly supplement of € 25 is included in the price.

For all delayed flights, which land before 22:00, which are not promptly communicated by the customer, the driver will be charged for waiting / parking of € 25 / h with 30-minute increments, to be paid directly or deferred subject to agreements with the office.

For all delayed flights, which land after 22:00, if promptly communicated by the customer, only the nightly supplement of € 25 will be applied, to be paid directly to the driver or with deferred payment, subject to agreements with the office. If the delay is not promptly communicated, the driver’s waiting / parking fee of € 25 / h will be charged with 30-minute increments, to be paid directly or deferred prior to agreements with the office, plus the € 25 nightly surcharge .
